The Hand of God

Thabit is a quietly spoken man until he stands behind a pulpit, then the fires of Hell blaze hot inside. Dead eyes regard his flock and his followers chant his name with zeal and passion.

Thabit is a self-righteous brute. His version of the Sanctum is walled-off and restrictive: a castle in which those who belong are protected and those who do not are held outside the gate.

His version of the Danse Macabre is an exalted condition, but only if you accept God and the story of Longinus. He preaches a violent crusade to cleanse the city of its naysayers.

Thankfully for the city, some action in the past has greatly reduced his favour amongst the covenant and he has found himself in the political wilderness.
